The career of a climate scientist who realized early on in her career there was a STEM gender gap and as such created her own consulting firm to ensure there would be a pathway for more women in science and politics. To date, she has helped create 500,000+ green jobs and is just getting started. It is her goal to increase the percentage of female environmental scientists from 28% to 50% over her lifetime and to continue to develop STEM and STEAM programs.
