How should I wash my printed garments?
We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Sublimation apparel can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality. But we recommend washing with like colors, as the polyester fabric may make colors run. High temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content.
How do I use the Shopping Cart?
You can place a product in your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button located on the product details page.
Once an item has been added to the cart, you can click the "Continue Shopping,” “Proceed to Checkout” or “Login & Checkout” buttons. To remove an item from the shopping cart, simply click the “X” button located on the left side of the product on the shopping cart page.
How do I checkout?
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. Once you have determined which items you want to purchase, click either the “Proceed to Checkout” or “Login & Checkout” button.
Where do I provide my shipping & billing information?
After you click the "Checkout" button, you will need to provide your billing and shipping address. Your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement). You will then select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Will I be charged sales tax?
PopCulturePassionistas.com is located in California and our manufacturer is also in North Carolina. We are required to collect sales tax on clothing products bought in California and North Carolina.
How do I submit my order?
Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "Place Order" button. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your confirmation number. As a courtesy, we will also send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped.
What tracking options are available?
All of our products are shipped with tracking.
If I choose a faster shipping rate, will you fulfill my order faster too?
Yes, that’s true! All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue. For international shipments, orders with the express delivery method will be marked as priority.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from our facility. In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address. If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 4 weeks you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
Do you ship to all countries?
No, we don't ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. For now, we doesn't ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq and North Korea. This list may change periodically. We ship internationally to all other countries.
Will there be Customs fees on my international order?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days.
Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.
PopCulturePassionistas.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your order and we will process your returns or exchanges as quickly as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All emails should reference your original order number and the words "Return" or "Exchange" should be in the subject line of the email. If you do not know your order number, please provide as many details as possible regarding your order, including; order date, items(s) and mailing address.
PopCulturePassionistas.com will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained. This includes items that have been damaged by a washer or dryer.
Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email within five days.
Shipping costs to send any non-damaged item back to PopCulturePassionistas.com is the responsibility of the customer.
If an items was delivered as ordered and undamaged, but returned for refund, the amount of the refund will be equal to the cost of the item. The shipping cost will not be refunded. If the item was delivered as part of a free shipping delivery, the refund will be equal to the cost of the item, minus standard shipping cost of $6.50 per item returned.
