Book Discovery
We begin by reviewing your idea and any material you have already created. Then we meet with you for a series of two-on-one interview conversations and mentoring sessions to clarify what your book is about, who it is for, and what belongs in it. You’ll receive the recordings and transcripts from our conversations and leave with a clearer vision for your book and a practical plan for beginning or continuing to write.

Two-on-One Story Development and Interviews
This is the heart and soul of our program and what makes our approach unique. You’ll meet with both of us for a series of recorded interviews designed to draw out the stories, ideas, experiences, and insights that belong in your book. We’ll ask the questions that help you go deeper, uncover connections you may not have recognized, and find the clearest way to express what you want to say. You’ll receive recordings and transcripts from every session to use as you write in your own voice.

Editorial Feedback
Once you have completed your manuscript, we review the entire book and provide thoughtful written feedback on the content, structure, clarity, flow, voice, and overall impact. This phase includes two full content edits of the manuscript and complete a final proofreading pass so the manuscript is polished and ready for design. Pricing is based on a manuscript of up to 50,000 words.

PUBLISHING SERVICES
Book Design and Layout
We transform your finished manuscript into a professionally designed book. This phase can include custom cover design, interior page design, typesetting, and formatting for print and digital editions. Children’s books, illustrated books, poetry collections, and books with complex layouts may require additional design or production support.

Publishing
We guide your book through the technical publishing process under Passionistas Press or prepare it for your chosen publishing platform. This can include publishing setup, ISBN and metadata guidance, file preparation, print-on-demand distribution, and assistance reviewing proofs before release.

Pricing may vary based on the level of design and publishing support needed. Illustration, artwork scanning, and other specialized production and promotional costs are priced separately. Marketing Strategy
We’ll create a tailored plan for introducing your book to the readers you want to reach. Depending on your goals, this can include book and author positioning, an author one sheet, key messages, a launch timeline, and ideas for social media, speaking and media and say opportunities, promotional partnerships, or a best-seller campaign. You’ll receive a clear plan that you can carry out yourself or use as the foundation for additional launch support.

Marketing Implementation
If you want hands-on help putting your marketing plan into action, we can support an agreed-upon set of launch activities. Your proposal will identify what we will create, coordinate, and implement for your campaign.
